Whenever I visit the US I always call in on See’s Candies, one of the best chocolate stores anywhere and get my self a 2 pound box. Last time I got a two 2 pound boxes, Tala got her self a 2 pound box, then we got a bunch of 1 pound boxes for presents. Each chocolate selected individually, so it usually takes us a while. Since we only go in once a year we have to make the most of it, but as a result we really hold up the store, with long queues forming behind us, and poor disappointed kids being escorted out of the store by parents who don’t have the time to wait in line.

To get around that we thought last time that we would write up our selection and a few days before we are due to catch our plane, drop our lists off at the store so they can fill them at their leisure when the store is otherwise quiet. Below is my super selection of chocolates from See’s candies.
